Chip Branham Memorial Night updates 6-23
I will not be at the track tonight due to work unless they run late and i can make it afterwards. I will provide updates here using race monitor and other sources that are at the track. On the schedule tonight is basically an open comp based on the track rules you run for the stocks which will be 100 laps, open to many types of cars including sportsdrome's oval extreme, cra stocks, among a few others, should be quite a few cars for this one i think. Also the Chip Branham 44 lap memorial for the factory front wheel drives tonight, Mel Kenyon Midgets, junior faskarts, and the late models on a normal night with 25 lap oval and 50 lap figure 8.

looks like 23 stocks take practice in session 1...doug greig will be in kimmies car for this one...looks like 4 oval extremes so far with the 38 Alex Ware, 06 John Mcclaren, 00 Mark Whittaker, and 25 James Wayne...maybe a couple or so CRA stocks , a couple or so thundercars , mixed with the normal speedrome stocks.

Looks like right around 30 stocks so far, about 40 or so factory front wheel drives, the normal 15 to 18 junior faskarts, about 8 mel kenyon midgets, and only about 15 late models by my count thus far.

The extreme cars show dominance in qualifying for the stocks...Mark Whittaker in his 00 car takes fast time at a 12.853, was followed by the 38 of Alex Ware at a 13.028, and the 25 of James Wayne at a 13.050, rounding out the top 5 were 28 CRA car of Jason Thompson at 13.282 and 5th and fastest of speedrome stocks was the 24 Larry Hahn at 13.478. 27 of 29 cars took time , the 40 of Scott Mcgill and 06 John Mcclaren were the missing cars.
The late models gained the 32 of Shiner Sutton and 70 of Donnie Sloan which still only makes 16 tonight

late model oval feature up now...Mike Riddle borrowing the 99 of Logue...also Casey White is a scratch due to engine trouble.
